Gantry Bridge Structure

Gantry bridge structure engineered with minimal structural deformation. Mineral casting configuration is available as an option.

X-Axis Guideways

Advanced X-axis architecture utilizing four high-rigidity linear guideways to optimize precision dynamic travel.

Y-Axis Design (OPTIONAL)

Y-axis configuration boasting minimal physical extension, yielding highly maximized rigidity and exceptionally low structural vibration.

Premium Linear Motion Components

Employs top-tier Swiss, German, or Japanese linear guideways and high-accuracy ball screws. Linear motor drives are available as an option.

Spindle Isolation Guarding

The travel rails are systematically placed on top of the gantry bridge to completely isolate them from the cutting zone, completely avoiding any detrimental effects or contamination from grinding coolant.

Built-In High-Speed Spindle

Equipped with state-of-the-art HSK100 or HSK63 built-in spindle. Configurable with optional dual spindles, a combination vertical/horizontal layout, or a high-capability B-axis swivel head.

Ergonomic Low Center-Of-Gravity Base

Engineered as a rugged one-piece cast base (optional mineral casting). Features a specialized low center-of-gravity structural layout optimized explicitly for comfortable, ergonomic operation.

Hydrostatic Rotary Table

High-precision hydrostatic rotary table delivering exceptional rotational precision verified within 1μ. An optional built-in direct-drive (DD) system can be selected.
