Equipped with a high rigidity A2-6 taper spindle providing excellent radial rigidity and stable thermal properties.

Belt type grinding spindle with Ø90mm diameter. Supports various speed changes to increase grinding efficiency across different workpieces.
Features an air floating sliding way design for easy position adjustment based on operational needs.
Workhead Movement
Air floating sliding design allows for effortless movement of the workhead along the length of the workpiece, streamlining setup times.
Steady Rest Stability
Designed specifically for long workpieces, providing essential stability during the grinding process to guarantee absolutely grinding quality.
Unique and Creative Design: Independent Y Axis Angle Adjustment
Thinking from the client's perspective to drive technology innovation. In the past, standard taper grinding relied on 2-axis simultaneous movement, which often caused friction on the ball screw after long-term usage, leading to a loss in accuracy.
To provide an ideal solution, we innovated an independent angle adjustment system for the Y axis to guarantee the long-term stability and accuracy of taper grinding.
